Hello Cabal players,
If you're having various errors like corrupted files, file not found, etc., there is a "Check Files" button on your Cabal launcher that will compare your game files to the server's files to make sure they match up. This will diagnose and help fix your problem. It is advised that before you contact the Help Desk about your installation error or logging in errors that you first use the "Check Files" function.
If you have 64bit version operating system and the above solution did not work, please contact the Help Desk with a screen shot of the error and your DxDiag.
To get your DxDiag:
click on Start
click on Run
type dxdiag then press enter
click the Save All Information button
Please attach the report in a new Help Desk by selecting a Help Desk category with a "#" next to it. An empty field will appear where you can browse and attach the file to the Help Desk. Please do not copy and paste the report as it is too big to fit in the message box.
Note: Some Vista users will need to input the RUN tool by going to your control panel and going into the "Taskbar and Start Menu". You will go to "customize" and you may need to scroll down until you find the "Run Command". Check it and apply. Then follow the instructions above
